WHAT IS STRONGCODE

StrongCode is built on the Plan Strong™ methodology — the programming system developed from Soviet weightlifting research. Volume and intensity are planned across months, weeks, and sessions according to specific distribution principles. The result: continuous strength gains without grinding yourself into the ground.

WHO IS IT FOR

This is not a beginner program. StrongCode is for lifters who have plateaued on linear progression and need smarter programming to keep moving forward:

  • Have mastered proper technique in their chosen lifts
  • Have established baseline 1RMs that haven't improved on linear progression

Want to break through plateaus in any of these lifts:

  • Powerlifts (squat, bench press, deadlift)
  • Military press (barbell or kettlebell)
  • Kettlebell squat
  • Weighted pull-ups

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect steady progress over months, not dramatic peaks followed by burnout. You will rarely train to failure. You will lift heavy weights more often than you're used to — but leave the gym feeling capable of more.

Can we promise exceptional results? No. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the program.
