From questionnaire to finished program.

INPUTS

You fill out a detailed questionnaire. We collect your 1RMs, training history, volume tolerance, recovery capacity, schedule constraints. From this data, program parameters are calculated.

The numbers come from calculations. The program comes from the coach — someone who has built hundreds of these plans and knows what works.

RESULT

Minimum program length is 2 months: preparatory phase plus peak.

Longer prep phases (3+ months) produce better results — more time to build strength before peaking.
